More Security

Obstacle detection: If gates or garage doors encounter an obstacle, they stop at once and reverse their movement.

Battery operation is always possible! Garage and gate doors can always be opened, even during power cuts, as the back-up battery enables up to 10 opening and closing cycles.

Unbreakable radio transmission: Radio Technology Somfy secures radio transmission by an automatic rolling code with 16 million combinations. No-one can ‘crack’ your code.

More Comfort

Opening speed (about 8 seconds for Axovia and 12 seconds for Axorn), plus the soft start, soft stop mechanism, ensures even impatient people won’t have to wait too long!

Two types of gate opener: There are two solutions; semi-automatic and fully automatic (the gates close after a programmable time-out). Standard Axovia motorisation systems offer total opening for vehicles and partial opening for pedestrians.
